Thank you for shopping with Kuuks & Co.! This page outlines everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Order Processing / Handling Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST on a business day will begin processing that same day.

• Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST, or on a weekend/holiday, will begin processing the next business day.

• During high-volume periods (holidays, sales events), handling times may be extended by 1–3 additional business days. We will note any delays on our homepage or in your order confirmation email.

• Certain items qualify for same-day pickup (within the Dallas/ Fort Worth Metroplex) or overnight/next day delivery, this is indicated within the product description.

We ship to the following countries: over 25 countries worldwide.

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues are outside of our control.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their destination country. These fees are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Order Cutoff Time

Orders must be placed by 3:00 PM CST to be counted as placed that business day. Orders placed after this time, or on a non-business day, will be processed the following business day

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email or text (if you pay using Shop Pay/ the Shop app)  with a tracking number and carrier link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

• Lost packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 3 days at support@kuuksco.com so we can investigate with the carrier.

• Delayed packages: If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at [info@kuuksco.com] and we'll look into it.

• Damaged packages: Please take photos of any damaged items/packaging and contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can best resolve the issue. 

Kuuks & Co. LLC  is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout, or events beyond our control (severe weather, natural disasters, etc.).

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@kuuksco.com — we can only make changes before the order ships.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately from different fulfillment locations. You will receive separate tracking information (if applicable) for each shipment at no additional cost to you.
