What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right. Signature wigs can be returned within 8 business days, unworn, and with tags intact. Please review our full return policy here.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on bundles, lace systems and custom wigs. However custom wigs can be sent back for adjustments or corrections if Kuuks & Co. fails to achieve the agreed upon look from the consultation. Please review our full return policy here.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Signature wigs take a total of 5-7 business days from date of order. Custom wigs take 15-21 business days for delivery from the date of order. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Tracking information is emailed and/or texted once your order is shipped.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally in the United States and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners across Asia and the United States to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
